The Cherries Sporting Network is run for the benefit of its members, providing them with professional sports betting advices
All members must be aged 18 years or older. The Cherries Sporting Network will never discriminate on the grounds of disability, race, gender, belief or sexual orientation.
The Cherries Sporting Network will also provide members with a business opportunity by way of commissions available to them for introducing new members although introductions are not a condition of membership
Members must not sell on the advices for financial gain. Any member found doing so will be automatically suspended from The Cherries Sporting Network
The Cherries Sporting Network will send all advices to its members by SMS text and publish all results on the website as soon as practical after the event in question is finished.
The Cherries Sporting Network charges £295 per quarter for its services and accepts payment by Visa/MasterCard/Maestro/Switch.
Cherries Network operates a 7-day cooling off period.
Each member of The Cherries Sporting Network will nominate himself/herself a username and password to gain access to The Cherries Sporting Network website.
When a member introduces someone directly to the network he or she will receive a commission of £100.
The Cherries Sporting Network operates a lucrative referral commission programme. We pay you £100 for each and every new member you sponsor, and £20 for each referral emanating from their recommendations - all the way to level seven.
Members agree to share their personal information with their team to three levels above them. This is to enable sponsors to support their team – the key individuals being those in each member's first three levels. This is know as the mastermind group within the Cherries Sporting Network. Full training will be given to enable members to support their mastermind group.
Cherries will not tolerate the "poaching" of new members from original introducers, and reserves the right to terminate the membership of anyone found violating this rule.
The Cherries Sporting Network will notify the member by email each time a commission is earned and the member can view his/her commissions earned via their username and password.
The member can request commissions via his/her username and password and The Cherries Sporting Network will pay those commissions to the members designated bank account by HSBC BACS on the second and fourth Friday of each month.
A member will be reminded seven days before the due date that renewal is due. The member can opt to renew by means of cheque, credit/debit card or deduction from commissions earned.
The Cherries Sporting Network will only pay commissions to members of the network. Should a member not renew his/her subscription by the due date then The Cherries Sporting Network will assume membership has lapsed.
Each Member is an independent contractor and these terms and conditions do not create a franchise or an employer/employee, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
Members agree to abide by the terms and conditions set by the management of The Cherries Sporting Network, in particular, to ensure that any personally produced marketing information is authorised by Head Office so as not to mislead or contravene any compliance issues regarding the promotion of this business opportunity.
He/she hereby indemnifies and keeps The Cherries Sporting Network indemnified against all actions, proceedings, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or in any way relating to their actions
