In the very early days Graham outsourced the bulk of secretarial work but by Spring of the following year it was apparent he needed assistance in-house. "I took on bigger offices and Gemma joined me in June of 2005. She had no previous knowledge of our industry but is a highly intelligent girl with a remarkable work ethic and she took to it like a duck to water. Rachel Henchley

Rachel joined us at the beginning of 2007. In similar fashion to Gemma the industry was foreign to her but again she's adapted brilliantly and she's an indispensable member of the team.
